How about developing a Low Cost Cyclone IV Starter/Evaluation Board Development based on Cyclone IV device ? The Cyclone IV Starter Board will come with a Cyclone IV E (Logic variant), device to be decided. Various PC interfaces like RS232, USB, GPIO's and HSMC Connector make this board a complete laboratory in itself. High speed DDR2 interface is provided on board. In addition to these I/O's are freely available to use. Please find the features and block diagram of this starter board.
