I am an inexperienced PCB designer and need some advice regarding design rules of a 484 BGA. I am using Eagle Cadsoft professional and I am planning of using the auto router. The BGA-component is an Altera cyclone IV FPGA. (1mm ball pitch)
It is preferable to only use through vias since the productions cost will be lower compared to using blind, micro, buried vias.
I have attached, in this post, all my design rules (in pictures) and I hope to get some inputs of via seizes, wire seizes, etc. One picture shows the routing grid between the BGA pads.
