cyclone v flash corruption

hi all,

my cyclone v fpga halts during its normal operation and it does not boot up when I power cycle the fpga (board). in order to make fpga function again I have to program jic file.

this event happens randomly and it is very rare.

any ideas?

It is possible that there is an intermittent power supply glitch. You can try to check the power supply with a tool like for example PowerLoad (from www.piscanner.com)
