Program ZedBoard from Vivado 2018.3 in Windows 10 via USB-JTAG

Question

Hi all, I am trying to program a ZedBoard in Vivado 2018 under Windows 10 Pro. The board is connected to my PC both via UART (which is up and running) and via micro USB-JTAG (basically the jumper J17-PROG). The problem is that in Vivado I can't see the device. In Windows>Device Manager I can only see the UART device but nothing related to the JTAG. I tried to install,in admin mode, the cable drivers located in the folders: Xilinx\Vivado\2018.3\data\xicom\cable_drivers

some time on windowsn 10 you need to install the FTDI-USB driver

this fixes some of unknowing boards on windows 10

if you can see the usb connected but no Jtag then you are missing the diver for sure

the only reason no body answer this so fare i guess is that not much details provided

you should provide some screenshots / images it will explain your problem much better
