PowerPlay Early Power Estimator - Speed Grade

Hi

 

I am using Altera's  PowerPlay early power estimator. But I am not able to figure out the Speed grade option in it.

 

The power numbers being shown in that xls estimator pertains to which speed grade for better estimation ?
