Footprint of DE0 NANO FPGA development mainboard?

Dear all,

I have recently got my hands dirty on the Terasic DE0 NANO FPGA development board which will be part of a larger PCB. The FPGA mainboard will be connected through the connectors it has to my custom PCB but there is nowhere I can find a datasheet with the exact footprint of the three extension headers of the mainboard!

Does anyone have any idea where I can find it or maybe has it?

I went to Altera.com and searched for DE0-Nano and got this page: http://www.altera.com/products/devkits/partners/kit-terasic-de0-nano.html

The page links to the user manual which has signal lists for the connectors. I didn't see any mechanical information -- I suggest seeing if they line up with a perfboard and/or get out your calipers.
