I am new to IOT. We are planning to make an Air Pollution Monitoring Kit. We are beginners, we don't even know the basics.
We googled things and found components for developing Air Pollution Monitoring IOT Kit.
Below components we figured out:-
- Arduino Kit
- 16x2 LCD for Arduino
- Header pins for LCD
- Seeed/Grove sensors
- and HCHO sensor
- Grove Base Shield II
Is there anything else we should buy?
Or we should buy as mentioned in Intel website https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/exploring-air-quality-monitoring-using-intel-edison
- Intel

- Common Cathode RGB LED + 3 x 1kΩ resistors

- MQ-135 Gas Sensor
- K-30 CO2 Sensor
- PIR Motion Sensor
Sensors are not our concern. Main thing is Compute Module,Arduino Breakout Board, Arduino Kit, Grove Base Shield II. Whats the difference ? What to buy?
Because both lists are not matching.
