protective film removing

hi all ,

im from PCB manufacturing company.

any idea on how to removing the protective film inner layer.image

i need the better tool as of now we are using pen knife manual peel off the mylar( protective film)

act we are planning to automate the process by automation.

other method then mylar peeling machine.

    If you post in multiple places it makes it very difficult for people to follow the thread and answers can easily be missed.

     

    Why not ask your supplier - do they have to supply boards with a difficult to remove film ?
