Recap: I am building a wireless vitals sensor node (heart rate, SpO₂, temperature) that reports over BLE into Home Assistant as a smart way to keep watch over our loved ones, built up in three phases — DK bring-up, a custom miniaturized nRF52832 PCB, then a Matter over Thread proof of concept.

Paste, place, reflow
This is the whole process in one video: applying the paste through the stencil, placing the components, and the reflow on the MHP50.

I will explain the drivers and the final integration code in the upcoming post.
Final Notes
Assembling multiple boards tests your patience, and it is a good way to practice staying calm and making precise movements. The PCB design came out flawlessly, with no mistakes identified yet. Stay tuned for the next post. The Video is made using EffectCraft and FilmCraft. It's not adobe. But again, I have no need to spend on adobe when Open source works well. Thanks to Jorat for the reminder.
