Important update:
We had two deliveries this week...
but one of them will not be of much help with my project 
1) This week was wonderful for me and my family - 5 days ago our second son was born! This means that most of my time will be spent changing diapers and being awake while decent people are asleep
2) I finally received my Analog Devices kit! I will use two of accelerometer breakout boards to feed the sensor data to remote unit MCU and then further to MQTT broker. As an alternative to provided kit, I already bought an AD +/-16G accelerometer breakout board from a local seller but not one of those that were provided in this challenge - I will use it for something else later.
