How can I get one of these for a college project I am working on to demostrate how a Wireless Personal Area Network can be used?

I was hoping to win one since my budget is tight due to college fees, but I guess I saw this too late to win one?

I think there is still one left to win.

You asked how to get one, I answered that question with a method that is guaranteed to work.

Yes, and I was just clarifying that I had meant I was hoping to win one. I'll be able to order one in around three weeks, but if I could get one now, I could start working on a project that I can submit in one of my classes then post here how I did it. Sorry for the confusion, I've been working all night on a college paper about the differences between Arduino Boards, Raspberry Pis, and the Intel Edison. I'm covering the hardware differences, the differences in programming them, and the how they can be used.

So to win one I have to describe what I would do with one. In my original post I did say I would demonstrate how a Wireless Personal Area Network can be used. To be more specific, I have a few ideas for wireless body area network projects. They could store data from a sensor like a LDR as a person walks around to estimate how much light they were exposed to. Then when they get home, it is possible for it to connect to the internet to store the data for analysis.

    Cool!

How are you planning to implement a wireless personal area network on the CodeBug?

I've thought of a few ways to do it, but I think a low power bluetooth module would be easiest. Although I also own a ZigBee and an Intel Edison, so those are options too. To be honest, I expect around a month of trial and error to get a WPAN working on it. I have to balance cost, ease of use, and how well I can get them to work with CodeBug. It will required some modding of the CodeBug, but it can open the doors to using it as a "Body Sensor Network". I hope my explanation is good enough, I've been up for two days working on a paper.
