Hey Roger, NOT a lollypop stick, just a lollypop ! (I imagine the distributor workers obliged to suck lot of lollypops a day to produce the sticks ...) Enrico

    Great Idea Greg!

I hot-glued a safety pin to the back of one of my Codebugs a birthday present Codebug, my 7 yr old daughter set off to school today with an animated message (and some re-programming instructions).

I have another one to glue up for the other daughter (who's birthday is not very far away) and Christmas is coming soon for Nephews and Nieces, I hope I don't run out of Hot Glue!

Great timing! I run a STEAM education organization, and was just asked to assemble a set of curricula for robotics.  Looking at options this month.

We already have a robotics show on the road, visiting over 300 schools this year.  We love to introduce students to affordable microcontrollers as our response to questions about the cost of our fancy humanoid.

Would love a sample of this.  Thanks!

I would like to integrate a battery with recharging capabilities (blocking diode on the +) with an interface for a small solar cell.  This could be incorporated in a badge worn with the Codebug.  Similar applications could be added by substitution of the solar cell with possibly a small wind turbine( for example a propeller on a hat or interfaced to a bike wheel dynamo).  This could enhance projects and encourage people to design other forms of energy producing elements.

Well that stinks, it I'd difficult for a parent to show off their kid.  I was impressed.

how about a door sign cardbox? I used to have a magnet at my office's door to indicate, where I currently could be and when I'd return. A codebug could be used to diplay this information in a more geeky way image

    Hello Matt,

unfortunately if you past the code view from the CodeBug site it is totally useless as no one (included you) can regenerate the original visual source. The best thing is that you eventually post an image of the emulator showing the display result and the link to the CodeBug page where the program is saved so anyone can Remix your source and enjoy.

    Enrico
