Inspire her Future - A Global Celebration of Women in STEM
Inspire her Future

Women everywhere are shaping the future of engineering, electronics, science, and education, and the element14 Community is celebrating the women who make it happen.

Women are building, testing, teaching, and transforming technology, yet their stories often go untold. With #InspireHerFuture, we aim to:

  • Shine a spotlight on their achievements
  • Encourage more women to share their voices
  • Build a global library of inspiration and representation
  • Strengthen our community with more diverse perspectives

Whether you’re a student, an early‑career engineer, a maker, an educator, or a seasoned professional in your career or field, we want to hear your story. Tell us about your journey, projects, lessons learned, challenges overcome, and the advice you wish someone had told you, to help spark the next generation of innovators.

Help us show the world what women in STEM can do, and inspire others to follow in your footsteps.

Celebrating Women in STEM - Together

If you know a woman who inspires you through her creativity, resilience, leadership, curiosity, or passion for engineering or science, you can nominate her. Share a short note about the impact she’s made, big or small. With her permission, we may feature her story or invite her to participate more fully. If that woman is you, you can also nominate yourself and share your own story.

Innovation grows when all of us recognise, elevate, and amplify the voices shaping our industry. That’s why we’re inviting everyone, colleagues, classmates, mentors, friends, and allies to get involved.

Every post, story, and nomination helps us inspire the next generation of innovators.

A note from the element14 Community

Andreea Teodorescu, Community DirectorInspire Her Future was created to make space for the experiences, projects, and voices that already exist within the element14 Community, and to ensure they are seen, valued, and respected.

As Community Director, my role is to help create and protect an environment where people feel comfortable sharing their work and journeys, and where conversations remain constructive, supportive, and welcoming.

This campaign isn’t about highlighting one type of path or success. It’s about bringing together many different stories; from students, makers, educators, and engineers, and learning from the diversity of experience within our community.

Thank you to everyone who chooses to take part, whether by sharing your own story, nominating someone else, or simply engaging thoughtfully and respectfully.

Andreea Teodorescu
Community Director, element14 Community
