Hi,
I was wondering if anyone knows of a case for the Model B?
The case for my first Raspberry Pi will be handmade from wood. Probably bocote. You can have a look at this:

To get an idea of how it will look.
Of course, the cost of wood + labour will be way more than that of the Pi.
Go on over to http://www.shapeways.com/search?dos=1&shapewaysSearch=raspberry+pi for some ideas.
Good idea. Get the price right and you will make many of us happy and yourself rich
How about this one http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZCm9L94S-fY
I really want Marco's case. I'm under the impression, though, that no one is 100% certain if his design will fit a real-world Pi yet. Am I right on this?
Yes, I too like the look of Marco's design, and look forward to it going into production.
As you say though, I don't think that he has been able to get hold of an actual production model yet (hardly surprising really!) to check it all out.
http://raspberrymod.com/viewtopic.php?f=51&t=20&start=10 gives you a good overview of possibilites with a 3D Printer - and this is exactly what I will do
I have a "Can Safe" which looks like a can of beans but would make a very nice case.
It would certainly be a better use than hiding your valuables because it is slightly taller than a standard Heinz beans tin, has a plastic base, rattles and has a label that hasn't been used for years. :-)
Not sure I'm rushing to get a case. I would like to see what the expansion boards are going to look like.
I guess it will be somewhat archaistic environment with no preferred form factor for expansion boards ??
