It sounds like the motor windings are not connected properly. Is it possible the connector orientation got swapped? Is it an identical motor? (same voltage and current requirement)

If you turn the motor by hand does the mechanism move freely?

Do the motors work when they are not mechanically connected - just electrical connection?

It sounds like something is binding up so the motor can't turn when connected mechanically. Is the mounting skewed or offset a bit? Is the mechanism free to move when turned by hand?

Is there a limit switch activated, preventing motion?

I have unscrewed and just set it on side and tried it same thing happens I think it's a software thing cause I try to just move another motor and they won't move at all

I had something similar. By any chance did you turn the motors while the priner was powered off but the motors were still connected to the mainboard? Because DC motors will become generators and send a charge back through the mainboard. There are no diodes to prevent this, because DC motors require flow of current both ways to turn both ways. If this is what has happened, the only fix is to replace the mainboard and make sure when you move the print bed or z carriage, the printer is powered on or the motors are NOT connected to the main board.

After writing this, I see that the thread is more than 2 years old. Probably forgotten or solved by now.
