What Zedboard Do You Prefer Working With and Why?

 

In the comments, please explain why you chose your preferred Zedboard?

  • Well, there are two different solutions in the above list, the SystemOn-Module (SOM) and Single-Board Computer (SBC).

    The SBC is preferred because it offers fast access for developers, but then it is up to the target application which can use a SOM on to of a baseboard, or the design can be based on the SBC design.

     

    Well, for my private learning,  I prefer Ultra96 due to:

     

    1. Low price

    2. Ready to boot

    3. Zynq Ultrascale+ MPSoC

    4. Wi-Fi / Bluetooth

    5. High-speed / Low-speed expansion header
