I road tested the Keithley Bench Digital Multimeter DMM6500. I recently purchased a 2000-SCAN 10 channel scanner card. This is my fist little test after receiving it.

I bought a 2nd hand card. 250€ on eBay. It's the relay version (there's also a solid-state version).
It can switch 10 2-wire inputs. For low resistance measurements, you can make 5 4-wire measurements.

At the top of the post, you see the front side with the lid closed. Here is the same view with that lid open.
This is the unspectacular underside:
Wiring it up
I've wired channel 1 and 6 up. So that I can do 2 2-wire measurements or one 4-wire one.
Then plugged the card into the DMM dock:
I connected the 2 channels to a power supply. Channel 1 to a 1V dc output. Channel 2 to 1.5V dc.

Setting up a simple scan
I defined a DC Volt scan for both, taking 1 sample on each channel
Then I used the Channel App, and ran the scan:
Simple start, but it worked as expected.
