Check the power supply - is it providing the right voltage to the main controller card?

Was this the original power supply you received with the device? If not, have you looked at the manual/datasheet for the oscilloscope to see what voltage and amps it requires from the power supply?

Looks like the adapter provided doesn't have the right power option. I searched the manual and found the same requirements as anniel747
The supply they shipped you doesn't meet the manufacturer requirements.
