Design and create a form of entertainment using electronic components.
Whether it is a toy, puzzle, or game, the choice is yours! Potential projects could include, but are not limited to:
- Electronic toy to get your kids interested in STEM
- Board game with electronics built into it
- Rubix cube that solves/shuffles itself
- A modified musical instrument or item of sports equipment
There are plenty of prizes to be won with a First-Place spot, three Second-Place spots and three Runner-Up places available. Each winner will have their choice of one prize from a selection of three for each category.

Don't worry if a prize is out of stock in your region or does not have the right plug for you. We can ship from global stocks, include a plug adaptor, or find a local equivalent of a prize.
HOW TO WIN
To be in the running to win, write up a project blog sharing how you finished your project by midnight (UK time) on Sunday 1st March 2026.

Just one project blog covering all the aspects of your project is required.

All our competitions in the project14 space here are designed to be open to new community members as well as community regulars. Even if your project does not end up how you wanted it to, we still strongly suggest submitting it.
We are all learning together as we go so discuss with other community members, and write up your project however it ends. Tell us about your successes, your challenges and your learnings.
Your hard work will not go unnoticed regardless whether your project is working as intended or not.

Submit your creation as a project blog using the button below. Whatever electronics project you share with the Community:
- Explain step-by-step how you made it in the project blog.
- Explain how your creation relates to the theme of creating a form of entertainment using electronic components.
- Demonstrate your project's capabilities with a video and pictures. High-quality images and videos are always appreciated.
- Originality, innovation, and technical merit are all considered when evaluating each project.
