This is revision 0.0q, which has major revision to the Flavia chapter (12). 0.0q adds logic capacity to the Flavia implementations for Gadget Factory Papilio One boards and the ValentF(x) LOGI-Pi and LOGI-Bone. All Flavia implementation now have configurable pull-up, pull-down, and keeper circuit for FPGA I/Os.
