Get a photo of the error and contact the vendor. If it's new, don't try to reset anything yourself and use the warranty. Even if this is a hassle because being international.
The author read them out and it was the same values as the label on the LiteOn one posted earlier (although it wasn't a LiteOn supply, I can't remember which now.)
Looks like the adapter provided doesn't have the right power option. I searched the manual and found the same requirements as anniel747 The supply they shipped you doesn't meet the manufacturer requirements.
