I've written a series of blogs to get started with the SimpleLink CC1310 Sub-1 GHz LaunchPads. The first blog starts with unboxing and checking the demo application. Then I move step by step towards Sender and Receiver config, debugging both Sender and Receiver at the same time and understanding the functionality. The series ends with instructions to build a first Transmitter from scratch.
I had pointed out in the SimpleLink The blog series is the write-up of my beginner experience with the devices. I had no prior knowledge.
The learning curve: It took me one month to go from zero experience to building a working radio program. There's loads of knowledge to be gained in the beginning. Now, after that month, I can build a radio Sender or Receiver project in 15 minutes. So prepare for an intensive first learning ramp-up, and a smooth use once you 'get it'. |
