I did a mixture of blogs that were created in 2022 and those that weren't, but were still popular in 2022.

With the way the reporting works, it required some really awkward formulas to work it out.

The later half of 2022 suffered greatly from website problems, more so than the rest of the year, which attributes to why there wasn't as much content created (because members literally couldn't post to the site) and low visit counts (because people struggled to view the site).

When tallying up the popularity stats for 2022, a blog that was posted late in the year wouldn't have accumulated its maximum popularity. Presumably some of the blogs from late in 2021 would be excluded from some of the 2022 popularity checks, so blogs that launch late in a year might never get counted even though they enjoyed large popularity the year after they were posted. For some of the categories it looks like it doesn't matter when they were posted, as long as they were popular in 2022, but is this the case for all categories? Is there still an issue if half of the popularity was one year and half the next year?

Navigating Verint's reporting is awkward. Slight smile its definitions of participation does not align with the rest of the world.

Blogs with high comment counts would be a pretty good metric, although I'm not sure if comments on comments are counted.
