Hello everyone.
Year 2022 is over, and I decided to summary all my activities and especially blog posts which I posted in 2022.
Design Challenges
My biggest contribution in 2022 was as part of competition and especially design challenges.
Experimenting with Current Sense Amplifiers
The first competition was Experimenting with Current Sense Amplifiers. As part of this competition, I posted 16 blogs and later I won this competition. Here are links to my huge blog serie about MAX40080 Current Sense Amplifier.

7 Ways to Leave Your Spartan-6 FPGA
The next competition which I joined but did not win was 7 Ways to Leave Your Spartan-6 FPGA. As part of this competition, I posted three blogs.
Summer of Sensors – In the Air Tonight
After two failures I tried to join other competition. I originally skipped it but later I joined it as non-sponsored challenger. At the end I won this competition and currently I am waiting for the reward.

Summer of Sensors – VEML3328 Last minute entry
At the end of Summer of Sensors Design Challenge, I received VEML3328 color sensor as part of my previous Project14 reward and I decided to join second category in Summer of Sensors Design Challenge. My last-minute application was not very serious but helped me win my other application in this competition. Following list contains links to blogs as part of my VEML3328 last minute serie:

Experimenting with Gesture Sensors
The last competition which I joined in 2022 was Experimenting with Gesture Sensors. Most of the blogs I wrote in 2022 but latest blogs I completed and posted at the beginning of 2023. Contest is not evaluated yet. This is my second largest application in 2022. MAX25405 attracted me very much and I spend lot of time with it. At the end there were 16 blogs created by me:
- Blog #1: Introduction to my Maxim Integrated/ADI MAX25405 Gesture Sensor Experiments
- Blog #2: Unboxing and Powering MAX25405 Evaluation Kit

Project14
In 2022 I joined 3 Project14 competitions
7-Segment Display
The first project14 competition which I joined was 7-Segment Display. As part of this competition, I developed and blogged about my attempt with making digitally adjustable power supply. For this project I later won 100 USD basket and posted blog about the reward:
World in Motion
The second project14 competition was world in motion. As part of this competition, I created my largest and most complex project of 2022. I won 200 USD basket for winning this competition and blogged about my reward later.
NFC and RFID
At the end of 2022 I joined last Project14 competition. I created my custom NFC tags for upgrading duratool storage box and later used my dynmic tags for making thermometer. Competition was not evaluated yet.
RoadTests
This year I applied for about two RoadTest, but I was not selected this year for any RoadTest. Instead, I did RoadTest originally scheduled to 2021. It started in 2022 because of supply chain issues it.
- Microchip (Microsemi) PolarFire FPGA Eval Kit RoadTest – Unboxing
- Reviewing the Microchip PolarFire FPGA Evaluation Kit
Asking best Questions on Webinars
I attended several webinars and in two cases I won reward for best question asked. I blogged about both things which I received for asking best question on the webinar:
Giveaways
Lastly, I blogged about duratool storage box which I received for free as part of giveaway.
Other
Except blogs as part of competitions or descriptions of reward I wrote blog about my experiences with soldering very tiny temperature sensor.
Conclusion
As you can see it is lot of content. In total it is 66 blogs. Even blogs as part of max Experimenting with CSA and Gesture Sensors are about 100 pages in A4 format each. In total my blogs are in range of small book.
At the end I would like to thank all readers of my blog posts. I wish you all best to the 2023 and I am looking forward for opportunities to blog in 2023.
