Ooops that shows me that I was a bit to lazy blogging my tests which went wrong. I always forget that those would allow others to learn, too. Not only the positive results. Jan Cumps and Workshopshed has…

Unfortunately some have contributed very little/nothing, and others have forgotten about the weekly blog requirement.

It's a shame as they obviously put together a good proposal/application, and their inclusion meant someone else wasn't.

The odds of winning just got better for those that have put in the effort, so well done and good luck.

From past experience the last part is when it all squeezes together and time disappears VERY fast, so if you don't have a good timetable, I suggest you do it now.

June 26th may seem a long way off, but believe me the 9 weeks will go real fast.

Yes, a timetable was the first thing I did. There's still some contingency and non essentials to pull if needed

I'm running without a plan (and without a real idea for my enchanted object). I got a wild idea that I submitted, but now I just go with the flow.

My end goal isn't an enchanted player. I just want to play around, let the inspiration rule where I'm heading to, and learn some new things. And I want to share my experience along the way.

The end result is going to be loads of babble. And a review of the electronics + how usable and available the documentation is. I also hope to deliver some nice fotos, drawings and videos along the way.

The object is just a hook to keep on rollin'.

    I'm running without a plan

Given what I've seen so far, I would assume that you have no need for one and operate in that mode anyway.  image

Many of the applicants struggle with the need to have a project plan as a concept, but in an Engineering world (and commercial world) there is always a plan as many other things depend on it.

It's also a very good indicator of the progress, and we see many trying to play catchup (or failing) at the end, because their progress got slowed for one reason or another and they didn't compensate.
